  • Standard MLS Shoot (Interior / Exterior photos – Fully edited HDR media)
      • 0 – 1,500 Square feet = $150.00
      • 1,501 - 2,000 Square feet = $175.00
      • 2,001 – 3,000 Square feet = $200.00
      • 3,001 – 4,000 Square feet = $250.00
      • 4,001 – 5,000 Square feet = $300.00
      • 5,001 – 6,000 Square feet = $375.00
      • 6,000+ Square feet + = CALL FOR QUOTATION
      • ANSI Certified Measurements And Drawings (Includes HLA and Interior Dimension drawings):
          • 0 – 2,500 Square feet = $75.00
          • 2,501 – 3,000 Square feet = $125.00
          • 3,001 – 4,000 Square feet = $200.00
          • 4,001 – 5,000 Square feet = $250.00

Cancellation & Travel (does not apply to most re-scheduling)

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment unless the cancellation is weather-related. If weather related a re-schedule is required.

48+ Hours before Scheduled job = No charge

24 – 48 hours before Scheduled job – Cancellation Fee: $25.00 Within 24 hours of Scheduled Job – Cancellation Fee: $50.00 At the time job or no-show cancellation Fee: $75.00

Travel within a 25-mile drive from AGENT OFFICE LOCATION within the service area is included. Anything beyond 25 miles will be charged $0.65 per mile (or per current IRS standards / subject to change).
