Mix that with interior HDR shots and throw in some superb video shots from both inside and outside.

Add video of the neighborhood or housing complex to show off the neighborhood. All of this can be accomplished by using our “A LA CART” services that allows you to make the perfect experience. Example Of Our Combination Packages

Combo Package One Up To 3,500 SQ FT

Approximately 20 – 25 interior HDR edited photos + 4 - 6 exterior HDR aerial photos edited with color correction

Combo Package Two 3,501 SQ FT To 6,500 SQ FT

Approximately 30 – 35 interior HDR edited photos +10 – 15 exterior HDR aerial photos + 1min Exterior/Aerial Video including photo overlays. Full color correction editing and full dynamic editing w/ music)
$ 600

Notes:

    • (7% Sales Tax will be added on invoice) 
    • Photos are delivered 24 – 36 hours with paid invoice. 

Cancellation & Travel

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment unless the cancellation is weather-related.  
  • Within 24 hours of Scheduled Job – Cancellation Fee: $50.00
  • At the time job or no show  Cancellation Fee: $75.00
  • Travel within a 25 mile drive from agent office location within the service area is included. Anything beyond 25 miles will be charged $0.56 per mile (per IRS standards).
